Podržani formati datoteka

Neki od ovih formata se ne mogu sačuvati ili otvoriti odmah posle instaliranja FreeCAD-a jer je za njih potrebno instalirati dodatne biblioteke. Pored ovakvih formata datoteka jasno smo naznačili da postoji dodatno uputsvo šta je potrebno uraditi (npr. .dxf i .dwg). 

Neki od formata datoteka imaju i svoju posebnu karticu u Podešavanjima (Preferences) programa FreeCAD i u njima postoje razne opcije koje možete podesiti. Podešavanjima možete pristupiti preko glavnog menija Uredi (Edit)/Podešavanja (Preferences)/Uvoz-Izvoz (Import-Export).
